2008 Sauvignon Blanc

French Camp VineyardsThe 2008 Sauvignon Blanc is another try at the white wine. The fruit is from the famous French Camp Vineyards in the Paso Robles AVA. 

The wine is crisp and has wonderful hints of pineapple and citrus fruits.  It is a real pleasure to drink on a hot Paso Robles afternoon, with fresh grilled fish such as Mahi-Mahi or Grilled Shrimp Diablo.
